Hope you are in the pink of health .
Okay ... senyum hingga ke telinga semuaaaa.....
As today I wanna share the 12 Tips about eating to stay fit.


Healthy eating is accepted of many people as the best way to avoid unnecessary weight gain.
It does not necessarily mean eating "health food" 
but . . . . 
is more about eating in moderation.
Do this and you will be well on your way to living fit healthy life....


Here we go !!!

1.
Eat meals regularly & moderately.


2.
Use small palette when taking food.


3.
Drink soup first before taking solid food.


4.
Take lean meat


5.
Whole fruits is preferred than juices.


6.
Always have your meals on dining table.


7.
Chew food slowly.


8.
Do not store tidbits at home.


9.
Take more fresh food than processed food 
(soft drinks, dessert, cakes)


10.
Limit intake of sweet fruits 
(mango, papaya, lychee & durian ...yakkks!)
I don't like durian punnnn....hehehe
But love mangooo...


11.
Avoid excessive stimulant
ie. caffeine and alcohol


12.
Replace sugary drinks with sparkling water diet drink.
