Well, tanpa kesihatan yang baik sukar merealisasikan impian yang lain... betul tak??? :-)

Okay , ian nak share ngan uols apa yang ian consume during my 4th pregnancy...

From left are Dr-Xeneji, Spirulina, Ester-C 500 and EPA DHA.

Let's me explain WHY ian consume them:-

Dr-Xeniji

..comes with the spoon.

Bukan sekadar mengandungi nutrien mikro halus dan enzim,
